At Someșului 15, construction progress is steadily turning the project’s vision into an increasingly visible reality.
The reinforced concrete structure has been fully completed (100%), and masonry work is fully finished from the 1st to the 5th floor, while at ground floor level the works are 90% complete.
Inside, finishing works are progressing steadily: plastering on the 6th floor is 50% complete, while skim coat (gypsum finishing) works have reached 70% on the 1st floor, 50% on the 2nd floor, 30% on the 3rd floor, and 15% on the 4th floor. Drywall partitions are 50% complete on floors 1, 2, and 3, and 10% complete on the 4th floor.
The REHAU BKT ceiling heating and cooling system has been fully installed (100%) from the 1st to the 6th floor. Electrical installations are completed up to the 5th floor and 50% completed on the 6th floor, while plumbing installations and technical shafts are also completed up to the 5th floor and 50% executed on the top level.
On the exterior, the building is beginning to take on its final appearance: windows are 90% installed, balcony waterproofing has reached 95%, terrace waterproofing is 50% complete, and the ventilated façade is 35% finished.
