The structure is completed at the upper levels, and the masonry work is fully executed up to the 5th floor and continues on the 6th floor. Inside, plastering is completed up to the 4th floor, while electrical and plumbing installations are carried out up to the 5th floor, and skim coating has begun on the lower levels.
The heating and cooling system integrated into the ceilings has already been implemented on the upper floors.
In parallel, finishing works are beginning to shape the final appearance: window frames are being installed, waterproofing works are being carried out, and the ventilated façade is taking shape.
The project is progressing steadily, and each stage brings Someșului 15 closer to its final form.
