The works at Someșului 15 have advanced according to the execution schedule, with significant progress in both interior partitioning and finishes, as well as in the technical systems and the building envelope.

Structure and enclosures

• The reinforced concrete structure is fully completed.

• Masonry is completed on floors 1–6, and on the ground floor, it has reached a 90% completion stage.

• The exterior joinery is 100% installed.

Interior finishes

• Interior plastering is completed on all levels.

• Skim coating works have been completed on floors 1–4 and are continuing on the upper floors.

• Plasterboard partitions are advancing according to schedule, with execution completed on floors 1 and 2 and underway on the upper levels.

• Screed pouring works have started on the first two floors.

Installations

• The REHAU BKT radiant ceiling heating and cooling system is completed on all floors.

• The electrical installations in the apartments are fully executed.

• Sanitary installations and technical shafts are completed up to the 5th floor and are in the final stage on the 6th floor.

Facade and waterproofing

• Waterproofing of the accessible terraces is completed, and work continues on the non-accessible terraces.

• Balcony waterproofing is nearing completion.

• The execution of the ventilated facade has surpassed the halfway mark, marking an important milestone in defining the final image of the building.

Construction work at Someșului 15 is progressing on schedule, and the project is increasingly taking shape as a new landmark address in downtown Cluj.

The building's structure is now fully completed, and masonry work has been executed up to the 5th floor. Inside, the systems designed to ensure the comfort of future homeowners are already in place: both the embedded electrical installations and the radiant ceiling heating and cooling systems are finalized. Simultaneously, the finishing works are making steady progress—with 90% of the plastering completed—while skim coating and interior partitioning are gradually defining the spaces of the future apartments.

On the exterior, the project is taking on its final appearance: 99% of the windows and doors have been installed, the waterproofing is nearing completion, and work on the ventilated facade is steadily advancing, defining the building's architectural identity. Each completed stage reflects the commitment assumed by Hexagon: a responsibly built project that blends contemporary architecture, technology, and energy efficiency to deliver long-term comfort and value.

At Someșului 15, construction progress is steadily turning the project’s vision into an increasingly visible reality.

The reinforced concrete structure has been fully completed (100%), and masonry work is fully finished from the 1st to the 5th floor, while at ground floor level the works are 90% complete.

Inside, finishing works are progressing steadily: plastering on the 6th floor is 50% complete, while skim coat (gypsum finishing) works have reached 70% on the 1st floor, 50% on the 2nd floor, 30% on the 3rd floor, and 15% on the 4th floor. Drywall partitions are 50% complete on floors 1, 2, and 3, and 10% complete on the 4th floor.

The REHAU BKT ceiling heating and cooling system has been fully installed (100%) from the 1st to the 6th floor. Electrical installations are completed up to the 5th floor and 50% completed on the 6th floor, while plumbing installations and technical shafts are also completed up to the 5th floor and 50% executed on the top level.

On the exterior, the building is beginning to take on its final appearance: windows are 90% installed, balcony waterproofing has reached 95%, terrace waterproofing is 50% complete, and the ventilated façade is 35% finished.

Someșului 15 is taking shape in central Cluj, combining contemporary architecture, energy efficiency, and a rare location near the Someș River.

The structure is completed at the upper levels, and the masonry work is fully executed up to the 5th floor and continues on the 6th floor. Inside, plastering is completed up to the 4th floor, while electrical and plumbing installations are carried out up to the 5th floor, and skim coating has begun on the lower levels.

The heating and cooling system integrated into the ceilings has already been implemented on the upper floors.

In parallel, finishing works are beginning to shape the final appearance: window frames are being installed, waterproofing works are being carried out, and the ventilated façade is taking shape.

The project is progressing steadily, and each stage brings Someșului 15 closer to its final form.
